Personal Data Deletion

Digilink respects the right of data subjects to have their personal information deleted, under the terms of the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018).

The data subject may request the deletion of their personal data at any time by sending a request to the e-mail address [email protected] , providing the information necessary for identification.

Upon receipt of the request, Digilink will review it and delete the data, except in cases where retaining the information is necessary to comply with legal, contractual or regulatory obligations.

The request will be fulfilled within up to 15 days, in accordance with applicable legislation.
