Can I use it on my phone and in Outlook?
Yes. Besides webmail, accounts work in Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, Gmail and phone apps via IMAP, POP and SMTP over a secure connection.
Do I need a domain?
Ideally use your company domain. If you don't have one yet, you can use a free address like [email protected].
Does Digilink help migrate from another provider?
